EMT follows each school’s ‘Confidentiality Policy’ as well as the legislative framework for the child protection system in England, which is the Children Act 1989 and the Children Act 2004. Each school’s GDPR policy is strictly adhered to with regards to keeping data*. All Music Therapy sessions are in private therapy spaces provided by the venue.
